He has worked in MNCs like IBM Global services as the Head of CRM SDD audits for India and in DNV as an ISO 9001/BS7799 auditor.

He has also held senior positions in QA in organizations like Mastek, Mahindra BT, Hexaware, Mafatlal Consultancy Services. Shekhar is a Certified ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, HIPAA auditor. He is also an external assessor for ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000 , ISO 22301 audits for BSI Management systems and BVQI certification bodies. Shekhar is also an external assessor for ISO 9001 audits with reputed certification bodies in USA.
